Encee Rail Engineers & Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as proprietary firm in the year 1983, with its activities being Manufacturing & Supplying of Railway Track Materials. Gradually, the firm entered in the field of linking & laying of railway track line and was awarded a contract for linking and laying of 16km of railway track line by Mitsui & Co. Ltd. under the consultancy of Howe India Ltd. At Nhava Sheva Port Trust worth more than 1.50 crores in the year 1988. The work was completed well ahead of the completion period. The quality of the work was highly appreciated by the Port Authorities as well as Railways.

It was just a stepping stone and firm has successfully carried out for Central Railway for laying & linking of 3.80 km. of track line at Kurla Passenger Terminus. The firm carried out railway track linking work of almost 35km., for Metropolitan Transport Project (Railways), in Mankhurd Belapur section, from Mankhurd to Belpaur, Belapur to panvel & Panvel to Karjat. For IRCON between Thane & Turbhe the firm has successfully laid a track line of 18.5Kms in just 3 months. Between Talvadiya & Khirkiya the Firm has successfully carried out the gauge conversion of 32Kms.

The firm has carried out Pile Foundation work for CPWD. Construction of several sheds with included civil and structural steel work for Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, MTP Railways. Construction of commuter subways for MTP Railways.

For Port Trusts Mumbai, JNPT, Mangalore, Paradeep the firm has laid a track line of more than 35kms in the recent past. For Private sectors namely ACC Ltd, KIOCL, BPCL, BALCO, HPCL, TATA, GSFC, MCF, Gateway India Terminal Limited etc the firm has constructed the entire Railway Network System alongwith offering consultancy.

The firm has carried out several projects for Western Railway such as casting and transportation of PSC and RCC slab, construction of bridges, Platforms, replacement of bridge sleepers, at high altitude.

The Firm had successfully fabricated and installed Gantry Crane Track Line of 10,000 Mtrs for Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Mumbai Port Trust, Naval Dockyard, Goa Shipyard etc. For the Mumbai Port Trust, the works also included Pile Foundation, Civil & Structural Steel works.

The firm has a set of well-experienced Engineers conversant with all types of civil and structural steel works, Railway Network System. The firm is well equipped with latest Plant and Machinery for all types of civil and structural works, railway network system. It has a most modern factory at the outskirts of greater Bombay for manufacturing railway track materials and other fabricated items.
